Cynthia and Adam, this is such a neat thing, being able to follow you guys on your way for your "baby girl". I pray everthing will go as "smooth as silk". The two of you do not know me but my name is Regina Ratliff and I work with Cynthia's sister, Cherri. She has been telling me about this wonderful adventure your family is undertaking. Miss Keegan is a very blessed little person. Please continue to let me know how all is going even after you come home through Cherri. I can tell you she is very, very excited for you and so very pleased.

It makes me soooo happy to see a family who can take a child as beautiful as Keegan and give her a life full of opportunity and love, when she may not have had the chance at all. She will always know how lucky she is......God Bless You !
